2. Eligibility for Cancellation

A. Before Activation or Service Commencement

  • Orders for store products or digital services can be cancelled if the request is made before activation or service initiation.
  • If payment has been made but the service has not started, you may request cancellation and a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

  • Once a product or service has been activated, delivered, or initiated, no cancellation will be accepted.

3. Project-Based and Development Services

For custom development projects:

  • Cancellations before project commencement are eligible for full cancellation.
  • Once project work has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • You may request project updates or milestones before committing to subsequent phases to ensure transparency.

4. Subscription or Recurring Services

If you have subscribed to any recurring or periodic service plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellations made after the billing cycle has begun will not stop ongoing service for that period, and no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

Your order or service may be automatically cancelled by The 4x Engineer in the following situations:

  • Payment has not been received or verified.
  • The order contains incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent details.
  • We are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or server failures—cancellation terms may be altered. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel services without liability, while keeping the customer informed.
